UUDomains.com cannot and do not control whether or not seller(s) will complete the sale of those domain names that they offer or that buyer(s) will complete the purchase of those domain names that they have undertaken to acquire. Additional risks arise out of dealings with foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretense or making deceitful representations. UUDomains.com relies on the integrity of the Users of its services to honor their commitments. If a User place a bid for a domain name, or otherwise make an offer to purchase a domain name or any, offer, product or service listed on the Site, and the offer is accepted, you are obligated to complete the transaction. The offer cannot be retracted unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as, if the seller materially changes the description of the domain, a material fact has been found to be inaccurate or when you cannot authenticate the identity of the seller or the seller’s rights to sell the domain name. Offers that are made with intent to defraud and/or under false pretence shall be subject to criminal prosecution.
As a User selling a domain name, you represent that you have all the right, title and interest in and to the domain name that you are listing with UUDomains.com and that you will accurately describe the subject listing. Further, you understand that if your domain name is selected for inclusion on this Site for sale or lease, the inclusion may also provide a listing of your domain name with certain search engines, which would give greater exposure to your domain name. You agree that UUDomains.com is not and will not be responsible for having your domain name removed from search engines and/or directories. If you would like to have your domain name removed from search engines and/or directories, you would have to contact the search engine and directory direct and request that your domain name(s) be removed. Furthermore, you will not list or sell under any circumstance any domain name that you do not have sufficient right, title or interest to sell or that it is illegal to sell under applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation; any domain name that infringes or violates the proprietary rights of any third person or any other domain name which in UUDomains’s.com sole discretion, is inflammatory, offensive, or otherwise may infringe any proprietary right of any third party.
If seller receives any offer to purchase the domain name at or above the stated minimum price, then seller is obligated to complete the transaction, unless there is an exceptional circumstance, such as if the buyer fails to meet the terms of the listing (such as payment methods) or we cannot authenticate the identity of the buyer or otherwise that the buyer has at his disposal the resources to meet the purchase obligations.
If seller accepts an offer for the purchase of the domain name(s) or website(s), and said offer was initiated directly or indirectly from this Site, or any UUDomains.com product or service, including, but not limited to a Domain Page or Auction Page, seller unconditionally agrees to pay UUDomains.com a seven (10%) percent commission ("10% Fee"), based on the sales price of the domain name or website from the proceeds of the sale at time of closing. For example, if a domain name or website sells for US$100,000.00, through the efforts of UUDomains.com or any of its products or services, including, Domain Page, Auction Page, directly or indirectly, the Fee due to UUDomains.com shall be US$10,000.00. In addition to the 10% Fee, there are other fees that a seller and/or User may pay UUDomains.com from time to time, such as membership fees, set-up fees, if and when applicable, fees for additional products or services offered or rendered by UUDomains.com to a seller and/or User, including, but not limited to, a Domain Page or Auction Page ("Additional Fees"). Unless stated otherwise, the Additional Fees shall not be credited to the 10% Fee. And. unless stated otherwise on a Service Order or on a UUDomains.com web page, regardless of reason, including System Failure, Additional Fees are non-refundable.
Buyer and seller shall not circumvent UUDomains.com in any way whatsoever, and understand that UUDomains.com is entitled and shall have earned its Fee if seller sells the domain name through UUDomains.com, the Site, or Site-related offers, auction, products and/or services.
The Users are solely responsible for any information that they provide to UUDomains.com or to any other person or entity during and in the course of any activity conducted with regard to and through the Site and the services provided therein. UUDomains.com may take any action with respect to such information we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion in order to avoid potential liability, losses or disruption to our services. Users agree that UUDomains.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate this User Agreement, or any commercial activity or other use of the services provided by UUDomains.com under this User Agreement and through the Site immediately and without any further notice. Further, if UUDomains.com is of the opinion that any User have acted inconsistently with the obligations or the spirit of this User Agreement or of other UUDomains.com policies; or if UUDomains.com is of the opinion that the User have infringed upon or tried to infringe upon the proprietary rights of others; if any information that User have provided to UUDomains.com is found to be false or that we have been unable to authenticate or verify the veracity of such information, the services would be terminated for that User.
In the event any User have a dispute with any other User, third-party linked site, including with another party to the transaction, facilitated through the Site, User and other Users agree to release UUDomains.com, and its employees, agents, officers, directors, affiliates and advertisers, from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in connection with any such dispute ("Claim or Demand"). User agree to indemnify, hold and protect UUDomains.com (including, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, representatives and advertisers) harmless from any such Claim or Demand, including, without limitation, any claim or demand that may arise from or in connection with, any User failure to abide by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.
There are third party sites, links, listings, postings, search engine, submit your site link, directory, online casinos, material and information from Users, vendors, suppliers, advertisers, lenders, brokers, individuals, representatives, third-party affiliates, third-party linked sites that are affiliated with UUD, their products and services, and others contained within the Site ("Third-Party Link" or "Third-Party Links"), including pointers from Third-Party Links to other Internet websites. The Third-Party Links are published in good faith without verification and are published for User convenience. Third-Party Links are not under UUD's control. UUD does not assume any responsibility or liability for any information, communications, materials, products or services available at Third-Party Links, or at any link contained in a Third-Party Link site, or any listing or posting within the Site or Third-Party Link site, or any business dealings between any User and a Third-Party Link or others.
UUD can refuse or cancel any Third-Party Links, any listing, posting, or messages at any time without notice, or can amend the contents of any Third-Party Link, listing, posting, or messages at its sole discretion without notice. Unless stated otherwise, there is no agency, affiliation, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship between UUD, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and any Third-Party Link, including third party links that are linked to the Site in association with UUD.
UUD does not endorse any Third-Party Link, listing, posting or any other material or information of any third party or any User. These Third-Party Links, sites, listings, postings, materials and/or information are not endorsements by UUD and are provided for convenience. Once a User links to a Third-Party Link site or other third party links, the User has left the UUD Site. Each individual Third-Party Link site has or may have its own set of policies, terms and conditions. User assumes sole responsibility for use of any Third-Party Links, their products and services, sites, listings, postings, advertiser sites, other links and pointers.

UUDomains.com may offer Accredited Domain Registration Services, through affiliate affiliation with an ICANN REGISTRAR, which applies to .com, .net, .org, .biz, .us, .info, .tv, .cc, .ws. .bz, .nu and others. BY COMPLETING THE DOMAIN NAME (I.E., WEB ADDRESS) REGISTRATION PROCESS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND BY THE AGREEMENT OF THE DOMAIN NAME REGISTRAR (AGREEMENT"), WHICH YOU WILL FIND AT THE BOTTOM OF REGISTRAR SITE. ANY DISPUTES WITH RESPECT TO YOUR DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION IS BETWEEN YOU AND THE REGISTRAR. YOU AGREE TO HOLD UUDomains.com FREE OF ANY LIABILITY. If you choose to transfer a domain name that you have already registered, you must request our registrar that the original registrar change the name servers for the domain name as designated by our registrar on your behalf.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE A DOMAIN NAME THAT YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED ON A WEBSITE THAT YOU HAVE OR WILL PURCHASE FROM UUDomains.com OR REGISTRAR, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ONGOING FEES FOR THAT DOMAIN NAME, INCLUDING RENEWAL FEES.
The fees for the Service are set at time of registration and/or renewals. Fees are subject to change without prior notice. All such fees are payable in U.S. dollars, are non-refundable and non-creditable, and will automatically be charged to your credit card.
THE USER EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

THE USER EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT UUDOMAINS.COM, ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AND/OR SUBSIDIARIES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF UUDOMAINS.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SITE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE OR SERVICES; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES.
In no event shall UUDomains.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the Site, or Site-related offers, Products and Services, or any product or service provided by UUDomains.com or for the cost of procurement of substitute services, or resulting from any data, information or services obtained or transactions entered into through or arising from or in connection with the Site, Site-related offers, product or service, provided by UUDomains.com or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions or data, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangibles, even if UUDomains.com have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding your use of the Site, the products and services provided therein, and the participation in any activity, including active commercial activity conducted in or through the Site.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any notices shall be given by email to the email address the User provided to UUDomains.com during the registration process.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, and the remainder thereof, as well as the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall be fully enforced. The failure of UUDomains.com to act with respect to a breach by a User or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent similar, or the same, breach. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between UUDomains.com and Users with respect to the subject matter hereof and may not be amended other than as provided for in this User Agreement.
This site may be used only for lawful purposes. The applicable law is the laws of the State of Florida and all Users participating in the use of this Site, Products, Services, content and material hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Florida. Any User who uses this site with intent to defraud and/or under false pretence shall be subject to criminal prosecution.
